While there are child molesters, rapist, and murders out on the street. They are put in the general population in prison for hurting nothing but a neglected surface that no one cared about until this person came along added a little color to it. So while there's cats getting decapitated and mutilated south of the border our countries biggest fear is cats catching wreck on brick and steel.
